Information we receive

When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message.

The contact form collects your name, company name, email address, reason for contacting us and the message you write. This information is needed to understand and respond to your enquiry.

Please do not send confidential industrial information or sensitive personal data in an initial exchange.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration if requested and follow up on our conversation. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Who can access it

Enquiries are accessible to authorised people at ImpelSight. The hosting and email services process the information needed for their functions.

Resend delivers the message to our inbox. A hashed identifier derived from the email address is kept for fifteen minutes in the hosting environment to limit repeated submissions, without the message content.

We do not sell your contact details.

Retention

We keep contact correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and follow up on the relationship, for no longer than two years after our last exchange, unless a legal obligation applies or certain information must be retained to establish or defend a legal claim.

Technical data and cookies

Visiting the website may generate technical data needed for its operation and security, including hosting logs. A language-preference cookie, impelsight-lang, remembers your chosen language for one year. The website does not include advertising or marketing trackers. If that changes, this notice will be updated and any required choices will be offered before a tracker requiring consent is used.

Audience measurement

With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures pages viewed and technical information about the visit to help us improve the website. The Google tag does not load before you agree. We do not enable advertising signals or ad personalisation.

Google processes this data on our behalf. The _ga and _ga_… cookies are limited to six months. Your choice, whether accepted or declined, is stored locally for six months. You can change it at any time using “Audience preferences” in the footer. Google Privacy Policy.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, or restriction of its processing. You may also object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, email contact@impelsight.ai. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
